The Simplest Mortgage Approval Ever

Focused on finding you the best rates so you can focus on what matters most.

How home purchases work

  • Before beginning your search, your first step is to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Based on your income and credit history, CapitalKey Mortgage will determine how much you can afford, which will help determine the price range for your search.

  • Enlist the expertise of an experienced real estate agent who will serve as your trusted guide to help you navigate the housing market and find your dream home. Trust us when we say, who you work with matters!

  • Once you identify a home you like, you will put in an offer, which is an agreement to pay a certain price for the home. This offer is packaged with a Pre-Approval Letter that we can provide you. Note: the seller can return with a counter-offer price or other acceptable terms, which you can accept, reject, or make another counter offer. Your real estate agent will walk you through this entire step, and we are always here to help.

  • Over the course of the next few weeks you’ll work with various professionals to navigate your way to home ownership. This process may include property inspections, bank appraisals, receiving final loan commitment from CapitalKey Mortgage, securing homeowner’s insurance and preparing for settlement.

  • Once all of the conditions of the contract have been satisfied, you’ll sign the needed paperwork and be officially a new homeowner! Here at CapitalKey Mortgage, this is when we do our happy dance.
